This auto body shop had my car for seven weeks they did not fix the light I have to take it back in to get the light fixed they were supposed to give me two new tires they charge me for them But not replace they were supposed to replace my rims charge me for them and only replaced one I don’t know if they’re trying to rob me of my money I paid $500 deductible my insurance company paid $5000 dollars this place needs to be investigated this is the second time I am posting on this website the autobody shop had my car again and now they’ve messed up another rim broke chrome pieces around the headlight very disgusted with this place the manager Doug said he was gonna take care of it he sure did it’s a good thing that I’m retired because I would not have a car I’m actually retired and disabled

Hi Frank, you were told when you dropped your vehicle off that we were fitting your job into our busy schedule and that the repairs were going to take some time. Your vehicle was drivable from the beginning and you were told that as well, you could have kept driving it until a later date was scheduled properly for repairs but you declined and wanted it dropped off. There was admittedly some miscommunication between our staff and the tire shop and we've since resolved that and gotten you rescheduled to take care of all your concerns. The tires and rims were approved by your insurance company as of today and we are planning for you to drop off this coming Friday to get everything squared away. We've been upfront with you during this entire process and we have apologized for the miscommunication in person and over the phone. We never intend for those things to happen but we are all human and mistakes can be made. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and we look forward to making sure everything is corrected later this week.

as always the drive in auto show was great again this year, over 80 cars, i like the small car shows, it's good to see the young people helping, future hot rodders, hope all donated to the cause. i will be back next year. jerry

2021 f350 with 12,000 miles. Golf ball size hail damage. I was able to pick up my truck a couple days after expected date. To my shock, there were hundreds of scratches and holograms on my pretty much new truck. The pics show a wheel well with film and dirt and whipping marks up to it. What kind of professional doesn't prep a body before laying a finger on it? I decide to look through my garmin mini 2 jut being curious. To awnser the question I asked..... professionals that are caught on camera and audio going through my personal belongings. I was told they were let go after this incident. Hepners did seem sincere about trying to make things right. unfortunately that involved me giving them back my truck for a couple days. I honestly lost all trust with hepners and whoever they sub-contracted my vehicle with. After agreeing to have a professional of my chosing repair the job and what dollar amount I was allocated for reimbursement, it was repaired. I was told I'd receive a check asap. Nearly a month later I reach out wondering if a check was sent and if we all agree on what asap means. I was told "they dropped the ball and forgot to make a check" That made me feel important.

Hi Rob, we obviously can't apologize enough about what happened with your repair. Our GM has been in contact with you and our sublet vendor and you are being made whole again with a reimbursement check. We have worked with this vendor for 15+ years and haven't ever run into an issue but this situation has forced us to take a good look at who we work with as a company and make sure that we are doing the best we can for our customers. Took my car in via a claim and they were so helpful thorough and throughout the process of there was any changes to the agenda they would call me to tell me about it. I would highly recommend them. I’m glad the other place I was referred to flaked out on me.

Great job. They are a very busy place so you need to expect to wait a month to get in and generally a couple weeks or more to fix the issues. Obviously every circumstance is different. So that's not really helpful. They do great work very helpful staff. I wouldn't bring my body work anywhere else

The quality of work was done well. However, even with an appointment (2 months in advance), it still took Heppner's Auto Body 3.5 weeks to finish a job. Like I mentioned, I liked the quality of work but did not appreciate that this time frame was not communicated with me.

Hi Brandt, the shop should have absolutely communicated the parts delays with you as they were happening. We cannot control when a part is on national backorder and we have no way of knowing which parts those will be ahead of time. But even with those delays from our suppliers, they should have been up front and we apologize. We are glad you are pleased with the repair itself and we appreciate the feedback.
