Always very helpful and ready to make your day go better with honest and reliable service at any time. I have them do all my service on my Audi since I bought it.
Auto Authority has been nothing but wonderful for me and my Prius. Their detailed inspection reports with photos is unmatched, and it makes me feel so comfortable that they are doing work that is needed and not just trying to upsell on services. They’ve also done great work on 2 Subaru’s and have kept one Subaru still running at 140,000 miles. I will absolutely keep coming back for all services and engine repairs!

Easy communication and a detailed, accurate inspection report.
When I call, the person on the other end is very nice and polite and accommodating to my schedule. I work at a local business and they come and get my vehicle and drop it off when they are done. They also inform me of any future work that may be needed such as breaks, tires, belts with no pressure. Prices are very competitive and fair. They do a very good job and I am very happy with there service.
Great staff in shop and out in front. We've been going there for almost 21 years and they've always done a good job on our vehicles. 5 Stars for them
