Most of the reviews for this place are fake, this place should be rated 1 star. I got in a major auto accident in johnsburg and HAD to deal with these "people" because that's who was called to tow the totaled car as I had to go to the hospital. The next day when I went to settle the bill the employees were openly hostile, and I mean hostile, and it was conservative cable news type insults they were being hostile with that kept escalating. If I didn't just leave the establishment it was going to get physically confrontational as those people were clearly looking for confrontation. It was weird, especially because I'm a vet and not even close to a liberal so why they assumed I was one makes no sense, they just wanted to argue and fight with someone in that moment I guess. Totally immature behavior you would never expect from a business' employees (sometimes its a bad idea to hire your kids when they are like this). When pretend conservatives get EMO over their "convictions" you get places like this. If you don't seem like you have a "far right political" attitude/disposition/appearance they treat you like you're there to rip them off and not pay the bill. Avoid this place if you can, it's not the politics that make it a bad place, it's that they ignorantly bring those politics to work and make it personal that makes this a bad place.
Wow just wow, service has been incredible with communication and being prompt with their time management and getting the job done. They went above and beyond on this one, making sure that the car was clean on the inside along with giving matched up touch up paint. This car looks like it has never been in an accident at all.
