They have had my car for over a month and apparently it takes 2 weeks to put a control arm on and do an alignment because that’s all they said that needs to be done, until I called and said if it just needs that let me take it and i’ll do it myself. But surely enough it “still needs to be put back together”.

Apr 23, 2024We apologize for any inconvenience Leah. Our intent is never to take a long time for a repair. Unfortunately there are outside circumstances that can make things a little more difficult at times for us. There are a lot of variables that can come into play with a repair such as parts availability / vendors selling the parts / insurance companies etc. As I recall, your estimate was not just the replacement of a suspension part and an alignment, it was over 4k in repairs. We have to abide by the insurance companies guidelines which also plays a roll in the actual length of the repair. We do explain all of this as we go but I understand waiting is also frustrating. We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experience.
My car looked almost new when it was returned to me. Great communication and customer service. Will definitely use them if repairs are needed in the future!

Hit a high spot in a road while driving and cracked an aftermarket front bumper and splitter. Not only was this fiberglass, the paint color is also a pearl white. Exceptional turn around time and results with it, honestly looked better than new. Will be back in the future with any additional needs

They gave us an appointment we wanted. When we got there they were ready for us. They gave us a time when it would be ready and it was even earlier when they called and said it was done. The workmanship was amazing!!! I highly recommend this shop!!! In this day and age it’s rare to find a place that is honest and has integrity!!! We really appreciate McManon auto shop!!!

Upon later inspection by another shop I was shown that my front door was not replaced but fixed and charged me for a new door… the other shop measured the amount of paint on the door while I was standing there and sure enough it was extremely high compared to the other door that was actually replaced and the rest of my car, also the paint was not color matched to the front of my car, if it was they would have removed the pin-striping from the front, which was not. Idk not too happy after hearing and seeing that.

I do however think there is some misunderstanding as we do not charge for parts or labor that we do not do. There are a lot of allegations here that just don't add up to what we do as a shop. We would be more than happy to go over your repairs with you and compare to the estimate that we worked off of. If you do not understand the estimate of repairs ,then taking it to another shop can create even more of a misunderstanding if they are looking at the car without the estimate.
