Great body shop! Went in for repairs to the side of my brand new truck. Sideswiped a pillar in a parking garage - large turning radius rookie mistake. Went to Caliber because Geico picked them for me... and I'm so glad they did! Customer service was outstanding (shout out to Rachel), and they kept me updated on status as the work was being done - which incidentally was super fast (3 days!) The vehicle looks brand spanking new. Dent repairs, painting all done to a perfect match. Thanks Caliber team!

I had an unfortunate break in happen to my car, and Caliber Collision was there to help! They were very communicative and helpful in a time of frustration and disappointment. I was completely dreading the entire process of getting estimates on repairs, then playing the waiting game on when my vehicle will be returned, but my experience was far from that. My estimate was quick, had very frequent updates about parts being ordered, and also the progress of repairs. They made the situation a whole lot better. Horrible poorly educated mechanics , the manager is a joker too never bring your car here !!! Took a month wait to get in and had my car for 2 months then I get my car back and my seats damaged . And what mechanic only replaces one strut? you replace struts and shocks in pairs buddy common sense . now my other strut is bad and there refusing to call me back or talk to me, The managers been out of the office for 2 weeks now seems suspicious Read the bad reviews cause I had the same experience . I found another shop that’s going to help cause no one here can man up and accept their mistakes . What a joke

They called routinely to inform me of details during the entire process. The text which I preferred were always in a real-time manner to my iPhone and when phone conversations were necessary, they were always professional and to the point. These are very busy people, but they always put my questions first. Order-parts are at a difficult stage, but I never felt there was anything other than communication integrity presented on a regular basis if and when there were delays.
