Horrible customer service. Was treated like I wasn't important just because of having not so good credit. Was harassed many times about having my husband co-sign even after saying no. Was shown only 1 vehicle that was complete junk and was told that I wouldn't get a better vehicle anywhere else when I can afford payments on the vehicles I seen online. Do not go here. They judge you and only show vehicles they want to get rid of instead of vehicles the bank approves you for.
Absolutely horrible. Take your car there if you want them to trash it! Took it in due to check engine light on (only took it here because I bought my car here and they said my warranty was still good- it conveniently wasn’t). They checked the problem and quoted me an outrageous amount to fix it. Told them I will pick it up and paid the diagnostic fee- they never put the oil cap back on. My car leaked 2 quarts of oil! Brought it straight back that night and the next day they “detailed the engine” and offered me a free oil change. That’s it. Picked it up- oil still was EVERYWHERE. And they had no remorse, certainly did not handle this the way they should’ve. What a joke. Never buying a car here again OR bringing any of our vehicles in for repair!
