Steve has done excellent work on my car while I've been a student here. He can be tough to communicate with and may not seem receptive to the job initially, but once he's working on it you can trust it'll get done right. He's replaced a wheel bearing and starter motor on my Mitsubishi. He is a fair mechanic and does the job with great care. My car was only in the shop for a few days. I highly recommend Connell's, he knows his stuff and will treat you right.

As a female with almost 0 knowledge in vehicles, Steve was really helpful in explaining what was going on with my truck and giving me options on how to take care of it. He fixed an issue other shops couldn't. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Called and asked about when I could bring in my vehicle. The shop was booked up for a week but instead of leaving it there I got a genuine conversation about possible fixes. To any parents looking for a local mechanic, this is the place. This mechanic will fix your car and also explain what was wrong with it so your kids can better know the signs for themselves so they don't get scammed by some less scrupulous mechanic in the future. I always appreciate a mechanic I can learn from. I also appreciate mechanics who can tell if your car is not actually in need of the repairs you thought and will only charge you for however long it took to figure that out. This is a very ethical business ran by someone who loves what they do.

I was the person that Traci called disabled. I like to be called challenged person. The repairs done were 2 separate jobs and service call done. Traci accessed my private and confident information within her company and she is not my payee!!!! I have been doing repairs at Connells Automotive for over 20 years and he never overcharges me. Traci shouldn't access my information at all since she is not my payee. Connells Automotive does not deserve her review because she has never had work done there.

I'm new to the area and feel very blessed to have found Steve. When I have needed work done, he is very clear about the cost upfront and his rates are reasonable. His work has been thorough and he explains what he has done in a way that is easy to understand. I 100% recommend him!
