100% recommend (even during construction)! Bruce was great, and he made sure my Telluride was sparkly clean before giving it back to me! The video from TJ the mechanic doing a simple oil change and tire rotation was icing on the cake. I will be back!

Great service! Chris has excellent customer service. She was great to work with. Checked all things I asked for and gave loaner car so we could go to my husbands Oncology appointments thank you Miguel for having that all ready with loaner. He also has great personality and customer service.

Morrie’s Service Center did a great job inspecting my vehicle and diagnosing an issue I was having with the battery. They communicated frequently with me and answered all my questions. I especially appreciated that they sent me a video showing the test results and faulty components when asking me to authorize additional work.

Very friendly and kind staff . They had a nice waiting area that my 2 year old son even enjoyed getting his steps in at. There were even refreshments from water, coffee and snacks. One of the most impressive features was the video sent to me while I waited from the tech. They showed me the items that they recommended to be replaced while going over other items that they recommended be serviced now or soon. I never felt overly pressured, just simply informed and truly cared for. I highly recommend!

I just had my fabulous Sorrento Hybrid Plug In serviced at Morrie's Kia and am glad to say that customer and vehicle service was outstanding. Starting from my arrival with the engagement and attention to detail from new service manager, Miguel, receptionist Chris and shuttle service driver Rick. Bravo to this collective staff for making the a seamless and pleasant experience!!

I personnally worked with Mr. Barry at Kia. He was so patient and understanding throughout my entire process. He was always very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed how effective he was with his communication. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner. Its rare to find great customer service. Mr. Barry did an excellent job at it. I love my Kia Carnival, but most importantly I loved the service provided.
