Even tho I had a later appointment and showed up earlier than I expected, I was promptly greeted and shown where to go check in.. I appreciate the great service and update via video of my car’s repairs. Thank you from an out of towner!

It looks like a possible major engine problem is brewing. Christine did a very good job explaining what's going on and the necessary steps to accurately identify and confirm the problem. The service manager also was helpful with a door unlocking concern.

Asked for tire rotation and they did not do it saying tire showed wear after 28000 miles. Never asked me if I still wanted rotation.
