I've been getting my oil changed and tire rotation here for about a year. Lately I feel like I'm being groomed to buy a new car. I haven't been treated the same like when I first started. I haven't been getting the results from the inspections. I had to ask about the condition of my tires. The way the service advisor looked at my tires was like they didn't inspect them during the oil change. I selected tire rotation, oil change and inspection when making the appointment. I didn't get a sticker for the reminder of when the oil change is due. Something was hanging underneath my car. They didn't bother to take it off. Well, it fell off in the middle of the road. Someone could have run it over. Sometimes it feels like the service advisor doesn't care.
