I love my Lincoln and never really had any problems with mine in all the years I have owned it. I took her in for pounding over bumps. I was told front struts and Monica who was my Service Advisor took great care of me. The struts were replaced under warranty. I did notice the alignment not being right and took it to my mechanic who corrected it. I have not driven much over the last few days, did notice that the front end does not pound and seems smoother but the rear struts are not the same and rougher but was told they were fine. Either way, I would not hesitate taking my car back to the dealer and dealing with Monica who was the greatest
