Poor customer service. Don’t seem to know what they’re doing. Should’ve read my inquiry correctly before putting wrong sized tires on my car and wasting over a hour of my time. Instead wanted to blame me for not putting it in the report. Wont be back.

What type of company drills holes in summer tires with 5k miles on them when they're putting snow tires on... this one. Make sure you are very clear and document your interactions.
Estimates are accurate and craftsmanship is great. The front counter staff is helpful and is willing to assist with any questions. Pricing is within the normal range and Lauren does a great job with checking for deals. Keep up the great work Lauren, I’ll be back.
