Reception was fine, being taken into the shop to see the issues, as well as what was fixed was all fine. However, I ended up paying full price for a service they could not deliver on, despite telling me they couldn’t, they sure charged me as if they delivered. I felt slighted by the inability to work on it and being charged for that fact .

Friendly staff, great service replacing my battery on my Prius. Was given a loaner car overnight, free of charge, as my car wasn’t ready till the next day. Will be back.

3 times you guys asked me to rotate my tires and I replied to you the same answer, I just put them on 2 months ago.And I said if u can look at the front end to check out some noise and you wanted to charge me almost $100.No courtesy check?? I won't be back there.

I dropped my vehicle off and got a ride home. The young lady who drove was very sweet and polite. When she dropped me off I had issues with the key pad to open garage. Instead of just.driving away she turned around and came back to see if I needed help. That tells you all you need to know about the staff at Auto Safety Center. Everyone is customer focused and does what it takes to make the customer happy.
