I know that most auto purists don't think national chains do good work, but this location has never let me down. Mechanics are top notch, and really seem to care. I've brought many makes and models here, and they have always provided 5 star service. I'll be back in the future if I need to.

I just got an alternator done at the Madis in Waukesha. Mike the manager there and his whole team that works there are awesome. They do good quality work and they will work with you with your budget. Their car technicians are excellent too. They have good customer service over the phone and when you are there too. I got it at an excellent price and they even added some coupons for me to save a lot of money. It was an excellent experience and everything went really smooth. Me and my family been going there for almost 30 years and it's always been the same friendly service and good quality work. Thanks guys!

This is a two part review. About two years back I took my car for an oil change. First they used regular oil instead of the synthetic oil. They redid the change. Then the technician locked himself out. He had to jimmy out the door and scratched the door. I have pictures attached. Ever since I have hesitated going back to this location. This last time I took my 2023 Pacifica which literally had only 500 miles to fix a leak. They patched the tire and later got a report that said the tire is cracking due to old age! Not even a week later the patch was leaking again. I had to take it to my dealer to get it fixed properly.
