DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The General Manager, Randy Wilson, and the technician responsible for these repairs need to be re-educated on customer service as well as proper procedure regarding automotive repair. I brought my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ to this shop for a drivers side (L) wheel bearing/hub replacement. During the course of this service, the technician either failed to replace the brake caliper mount bolts or didn't torque/dress them (apply threadlocker) properly during reassembly. This caused the brake caliper to slowly work its way off the brake rotor and nearly out of the mount assembly over the course of the next 24 hours. The vehicle was lightly driven approximately 23 miles on local roads at a rate of no more than 50mph. Had I not been in the vehicle at the time the issue became apparent, this could have been a much worse outcome resulting in massive damage to my vehicle and potential loss of life or property had this occurred on an interstate. When I contacted the shop on Sunday, intending to leave a message on their machine and seek a resolution on Monday (today), I was greeted by a one Mr. Randy Wilson. Mr. Wilson, after some heated discussion offered to have my vehicle towed back to the shop and have the issue addressed, however his utter lack of accountability and responsibility was disgusting. His opinion was that, "This is a common issue with GM's [General Motor vehicles]" and that, "This happens all the time". I've been working on vehicles for nearly three (3) decades and I can assure you, if this was the case, there would be recalls or class action lawsuits about it. GM wouldn't exist if they produced a vehicle in which a key safety component would fail in such an easy fashion. The blatant lying and deflection of accountability is borderline negligent. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Midas provided full service for my oil change, engine and transmission fluid changes, replaced some sensors, and heater hose assembly kit. My truck is up to date and running smoithly.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years and am quite content with them. I always get in when needed and they are very efficient with the oil changes. The employees are personable and kind. The prices, standard and fair. I would recommend this Midas any day of the week! Another wonderful experience with Yuri and the crew at Midas! I needed to get in for engine mount replacements and they got me in same day and finished the job that day. I really enjoy working with these guys for my car needs, they don't disappoint. Edit- 3/4/24 A whole new crew at this Midas but they got me in same day, within hours of my phone call. I haven't gotten to know all these new faces but am happy thus far with their customer service and the work they do. It's always nice to see Randy, he's always been so kind and easy to work with.
