Two hours to fix a flat tire. Arrived at 10 am completed at 12:15 if I was told it take 2 hours I would have went somewhere else! Thanks for the terrible customer service experience.

I set up an appointment to see and test drive a specific truck via the Holz website. Within 15 minutes of setting the appointment, I had been contacted by the dealership via phone, text message and E-mail. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the dealership on schedule (9:30 am) and asked for Steve Seeber as the text message reminder noted. Steve was not prepared for my arrival and actually seemed confused that I was asking for him. He didn't know what vehicle I was there to see and needed to look it up. Once he got into the computer, he consulted with another employee and came to the conclusion that the truck I was there to see had been sold sometime the previous day or two. It would have been great if someone would have reached out and let me know before I drove there (20 + min each way). Before I left they asked if I was interested in seeing anything else while I was there. Bait and switch??? Sure felt like it. Additional Info: The response from the dealership below provided an E-mail address that "was not found" by the system and was undeliverable. Nice work Holz.

Great experience. Worked with Jessica Winker twice to purchase two Hummers at MSRP. The process was quick and easy, and she knew a lot about the vehicles. Nothing but rave reviews for Holz. Thank you for being one of the few great dealerships out there who aren't looking to scam the consumer.

Fantastic Job! I recently just had an A/C Compressor problem on my barely out of warranty 18,000 mile Silverado! Nick went above and beyond to push GM to look into this unfortunate situation, and do the right thing! Very nice to have someone who still cares about customers nowadays! Much appreciated Nick and Sean for the outstanding service…HOLZ FOR THE WIN!

Absolutely an amazing experience using the dealership. I had my truck towed there for service and the service manager was so accommodating he was a tremendous help in every way! Nowadays it's next to impossible to get any good service let alone a car dealership. Well this dealership far exceeds I live a ways away and refuse to use the dealership right in my town. You gained a lifelong customer, good job! Keep it up. Kudos to the service manager.

My mom had an oil change n tire rotation appointment at 10am and it is now 11:30am n still isn’t done. Let’s just say I won’t b going to them for my car needs anymore
