Took van in Tuesday morning for transmission filter change. Was told around 3pm they didn't have the filter. Took van back next morning. Got a call around 1pm that said they didn't have a tech to do the job. Bad service. Will never go back. Have already told a lot of people about the terrible service and lies! Would give 0 stars if I could!

They did a thorough check of our vehicle. However, their prices are outrageous. My husband went to pick up our vehicle to take it elsewhere and the worker told him “don’t do repairs here. They require us to charge a 200% markup on all parts”.

I was told that pretty much the whole front end of my vehicle needed to be replaced. The service department quoted me an outrageous price (10k) using certified parts. Then he came back with a second quote (in writing) of $5600 for aftermarket parts with a 4 hour padding in case of rusty bolts (really?). Most parts had been replaced twice in the last 3 years by the same company, different location. He said they aren't affiliated with other locations (even though it's the same company) but he'd get ahold of them to investigate, but never did. When I was about to give the ok, he verbally raised the quote to $6500 and told me it was in case of rusty bolts (huh?). I asked for an itemized quote in writing, in which he failed to provide me. I got a second option and was told that I was being scammed. I also find it odd that 4 months ago it was noted that my front brakes were at a 7 and good and now was told they were completely worn out and the calipers locked up. I don't drive much. I got everything fixed for under 2k by an honest mechanic elsewhere. I also did not appreciate another employee making nasty faces at me when I walked in the door. I was never rude to any of them! How childish! I advise anyone to get a second opinion on any repairs quoted by Morrie's.
