We were traveling across the state and had car trouble. We stopped to check a code at the local auto parts store and it showed that there was an issue with one of the cylinders missing. We stopped at this dealership right before the Christmas weekend to try to get some assistance. Regardless of closing within the next hour, they agreed to take a look knowing what the problem was. They were able to change a spark plug and get us on our way. It did cost a bit but the willingness to get us back on the road when they were about to head out for the holiday weekend was definitely appreciated and it saved our own holiday plans! Very friendly staff and empathetic to our needs!

Bought a car from Morrie's in Tomah for my daughter. Turns out there was a recall on a part on the transmission that should have been fixed before we bought it. After going in and talking to Brian, he handled the issue very professionally and got her in a loaner vehicle while hers was being fixed. Car was repaired in a timely fashion with no complaints yet. I believe the issue should have been fixed before we bought it, but am very happy with how we were treated after the issue was discovered. Brian was top notch for sure.

Everything was great from start to end. They were able to get my daughter’s car in same day. James was wonderful in helping us with our concerns with the car and quickly identified the problem. We needed parts which he ordered, got next day, and completed the repair. James and everyone at Morrie were friendly, professional and very helpful. Pricing was very good also.
