Customer service was phenomenal! Kat is great. Always super helpful with answering questions, accommodating the customer, and making them feel like their top priority. If I could give one area of improvement it would be to have their tech wipe down the customers cars interior after exiting. Much dust was left steering wheel was oily. Other than that, it was phenomenal.

I was pleased with how I was treated from the start all the way through the end of the process. Kayla was very helpful throughout the process, she would call me with any update's. Not so pleased how long the warranty company took to send an inspector to inspect and approve the repairs needed. Overall I will be coming back to perform all future service on my truck.

Went in for an oil change, good thing I brought breakfast, it took an hour and a half. They have a new thing where you get to watch a video of your mechanics summation, sort of interesting! Why let the customer actually talk to the mechanic and see the work being done! Got a decent discount from kickback on previous visit.

I brought my car into the shop for a check engine light. After a thorough examination several issues were discovered and repaired promptly. Thank goodness for the excellent warranty taken out at the time of my purchase!!! No out of pocket charge. Great dealership, great service and great people through every step of the way

I had a recall on my car. The folks at Kunes came and picked up my car, fixed it, and delivered it back to me. During the time they had the car, they kept me updated. Also for the pick up and delivery they made me feel very safe by communicating timing and people that would be coming to my house. It's always a pleasure to deal with these very friendly neighbors.
