Always great fast service.
Took my car in for servicing due to check engine light. It took a few days to be fixed but was provided with a loaner car and was kept up to date on status of my car throughout the whole duration. Service team was friendly and very helpful.
2 Hours and 5 Minutes for an oil change. This use to be my favorite service department. The only one I've be to the past 12 years. There was a big change 4 years ago, kept going back hoping it would improve. After my experience last night I can say I'm done with Kunes Ford Antioch. We had just decided to upgrade our 2012 Explorer. Would have been an easy decision 5 years ago, now I am forced to find a new dealership. Thanks for the 8 good years we had there. The past 4 have been frustrating. Oil changes take way to long, always pushing work that did not necessarily need to be done. Best of luck, hope things improve there again. Glenn Ellis
The folks at Kunes Ford of Antioch are some of the very best in the industry. Dylan is an awesome salesperson who will lookout for you no matter what. His GM, Jason, is a gentleman and someone who will put you first as well. I will definitely be looking to work with them again whenever I need a new car.
The whole process of getting my car in for oil change and services went well. No glitches, and I was out of there in less time than anticipated.
