Great customer service

Since we've moved to the area 10yrs ago we've used pauls certified. I've tried 3 other places before finding Paul's. John is honest and fair. It's not often you have a mechanic tell you that don't actually need something done

Beware of Paul’s and the owner John! I brought my car in for a timing chain issue, and while he replaced some broken parts, the actual problem was never fixed. This led to expensive turbo repairs and eventually, my engine blew. The total bill was a whopping $3500, and to top it off, he replaced a part that didn't even need it! When I tried to claim warranty for the ongoing timing belt issue, John refused, blaming it on other things and offering a conditional warranty with an outrageous wait time. Basically, I paid a ton of money for nothing, and now I'm facing a huge engine replacement cost. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this shop!

Have been using Pauls for the last couple years when things go beyond what I can do at home. They do honest work and charge fair prices, which is great. You you can get that a lot of places, but what you also get here is to talk to a knowledgeable mechanic about what needs fixing (and will in the future) as opposed to a printout with seemingly random parts and no indication of what the things even are. Would definitely recommend.

We have been taking our Jeep there for a couple of years. Love the experience and honesty of the team. I trust their advice as they have never "steered" me wrong. Quality of work from basic service to more complex jobs - heater and brakes to name a couple - has always been excellent! I highly recommend and refer others here! John and the rest of the team is a pleasure to work with!

Oil change was quick, professional and very good price compare to dealers. Definitely come back!
