I was not happy with the service I received. I bought 4 new winter tires and I brought my winter wheels in the back of my truck and I specifically requested to the Manager, Jay for them to put those wheels on the new winter tires. They finished but they put the new tires on the wrong wheels. Then I had to sit for another 2 hours for them to fix their mistake. I didn't even get an apology from the owner who pretended like I wasn't even there sitting in his shop for over 3 hours. Once they finished then I left and I had a shimmy right away once I hit 40 mph. Rather than go back right away, I waited and brought my truck to my car repair person who then told me my wheels were not balanced correctly when the wheels and tires were put on. I went back to Thatchers to have them balance them. Even after them telling me that they were in fact all very out of balance and that they were having some issues with the balancing equipment, I still had to pay them to balance them. I was very dissatisfied with the whole process.

We are sorry for the miscommunications in what your vehicle needed, when you let us know about the issue however we did rebalance your tires and corrected the error. We did notice an error in our new tire balance machine and fixed it as soon as we noticed it. We didn't charge you for anything that we had to do to correct our errors. They cracked my rear subframe trying to adjust camber bolt. They then told me it's from hitting a big bump. You can tell from the pictures it's from improperly turning of the eccentric bolt. I posted it in a bmw group and people said other shops have done that during alignments. The shops at least fess up to their actions and get it fixed. They cracked my subframe and sent me out the door. Charged me full price for a 4 wheel alignment and only adjusted the front. Not too impressive, figured with such good reviews I'd get decent work. Guess I was wrong.

Call expecting to have to wait for an appointment for oil change and rims needing clean. Was able to drop it off right away and was ready the next morning!! Great service!!!!!

Went in with a nail in the side wall, ended up needed an new tire, which turned into two, would have been 5 stars if my spare would have been put under the truck instead of the box.
