Had some issues after a mechanic appointment, but they were very helpful in fixing it and giving me a loaner in the meantime.

I was a 5 star before our latest service visit. I scheduled a recall and the annual undercoating inspection and service. The service visit was fine until the end. They took care of the recall and they found some service needed on the undercoating. They told me to schedule that with the recon department as the guy that did that work didn’t work on Monday’s. If 50% of my service visit can’t be done on a Monday why was I not told that prior to driving 50 miles one way for my appointment? A lot of customer enthusiasm lost that day.
