Very prompt and absolutely fantastic customer service!

Brought in my girlfriend’s BMW because of a rear braking issue. Technician diagnosed it as a rear right caliper failure resulting in a metal to metal pad/rotor and a healthy rear left brake pad etc. She ended up paying close to $140 for the diagnosis, which was no issue to her at all, but what came next was a huge shock: an itemized cost breakdown of $1200 for all 4 pads, 4 rotors, and 4 “brand new” calipers, which might be questionable seeing other reviews of them reusing or purchasing used parts for customer cars. As someone who has been around cars for years and has experience with the business side of auto repair, $1200 for full brake service is absolutely insane, and 100% predatory to anyone who doesn’t know the true costs of parts, etc. I’m all for supporting small businesses, but when you try to take advantage of people for nearly double what a large chain mechanic costs, that’s where you need to draw the line. Will never return here.

Get a second opinion before you do repairs here. They have great service, but way over exaggerate what your car needs. Incredibly high labor costs. Brining my car in for just a small leak, they recommended over $4000 in repairs, each one they stressed they recommend I do. I took it to a mechanic shop I trusted who fixed what was needed to be fixed for a couple hundred, and then inspected all of the other recommended fixes from this place, none of them rose near to any level of safety concerns or repairs. A tiny bit of sway in 1 tire rod turns into Christian brothers asking to replace all your tire rods for $2,000 Very nice people, their car ride service is awesome in a pinch. If you have excess money to completely optimize your car go here, If your an average person, take your car somewhere else, or get a list of service recommendations from this place and then get a second opinion, and likely any other mechanic can do it far cheaper

Charlie the dog was my favorite part. But from the shuttle service, customer service, time taken to discuss options, I was impressed the whole time. I also really appreciated the inspection report complete with pictures and level of attention needed for each recommendation. I also have never called a mechanic and been able to get my car looked at the very same day. I will definitely be coming back.

Have been a customer for many years and have never had a bad experience. They are dependable, communicate well and are very customer focused…a pleasure to work with!
