They were very thorough with explaining & breaking all work done on my vehicle . Got me in two days before a snowstorm and got me done in a two hour time frame. Great place

It's been a year or so since I got a oil change and I was told my truck was going to be serviced on site but to my surprise I seen my truck being driven off the lot and joy ridden.when I got my truck back the dipstick was out and no oil in it and I filled it before going there. All I got back was a higher bill and my truck was damaged and I'm still have repairs to do. Never again

William is just about the nicest Firestone employee I've ever dealt with. He's willing to go above and beyond to make sure you understand what's going on with your vehicle and he will give you a fair deal or more than fair to make sure you feel you've received enough value for your money. Thanks!

I stopped in just to check out my tire pressure. I didn't even need to get out of my car. They checked all four, added the air I needed and after a well earned tip to the guy who did it, I was on my way.

Customer service is decent, but had the car for three days because they keep getting the wrong part. Also there where liise screw and missing screws in the part they did fix, had to pay someone else to get the bolts(4) and re tye everything to specs.

The level of trust I have in this location is about as high as you can get. I took my car in because one of the wheels was making a scratching sound occasionally. I figured I’d need a new rotor or at least new pads. After the inspection, William told me there were no problems and gave me a simple fix to perform if it starts happening again. Most other places would have run up a bill and charged me for stuff I didn’t need. I highly recommend them!
