This is an ‘in process’ review. FTAB has my vehicle in their shop. New parts are needed to complete repair. Supply chain issues caused a delay that took repair time beyond the rental vehicle coverage of my policy. Instead of leaving me out to dry while we wait for parts to come in, they have gone out of their way to make sure I have a vehicle to use until parts arrive. They have taken the full brunt of the supply chain issue. That is CUSTOMER FIRST business. I will update this review to include the repair but for now they get HIGH MARKS for great service! ■ UPDATE: Repair complete. Great work! In the end all I paid was my deductible. I had a vehicle to drive while the new part was shipped in. This will be the first collision repair shop I use if I ever need to again. SUPPORT THIS BUSUNESS!

The man I talked to was very disrespectful, the work done on my car was very poor as the new paint was already chipped and the pieces were miss aligned. After they were informed they did not think it was their job to fix it.

I will not go anywhere else or trust my car to anyone else...the people there are that great.👍
