This is how a bed goes back on I guess! Not to mention wires for working lights just being cut, then proceeding to call me and say they don’t work to see if I’d like to replace them… they did before they had it! Seems like rushed work.

Caliber Collision did a great job fixing my car, they got it done much quicker than expected, and their communication during the process was outstanding.

I brought my car here for dent repair because it was recommended by my insurance and convenient. They fixed the dent but now something in the area of the repairs is screeching and the man that works there tried to tell me it was my aftermarket exhaust or air intake “because I turned my radio off and heard the sounds.” Well I drive with my radio off 75% of the time. Then he said it was my window visors. I took that window visor off and guess what? still screeching. They also broke the clips on multiple trim pieces so who knows what else is broken. I brought it to a different shop and there were other things wrong with the repair also. My car is less than 3 years old. I just want my car to stop screeching when I drive as it is very annoying but the man who works here is rude and unpleasant. I’m scared to go back again. Their hours are also terrible if you have to work. I had to request 2 days off already for this. The district manager tried to fix the problem and it has not been resolved and I gave up. Wouldn’t the first step be to reinstall the fender? I don’t know. At least the people at the Kenosha location are way nicer. They tried to fix the paint problems by buffing it out but by doing so, they left a bunch of obvious whirl marks on the fender. I’d be embarrassed to work here…

What a treat it was to have my vehicle repaired here. I am grateful for each employee that assisted with it! I appreciate the updates, explanation of the process, and the thoughtfulness of reaching out to my rental company when they were late dropping off my rental.
