I came in for a flat tire repair on my Colorado. I chose Parsons because I thought they would know what they were doing. Turns out, in the process of removing the tire from the rim, the tech. broke the pressure sensor in the valve stem. The worse part was that the service consultant lied to me saying it was already broken. I know this was not true because the sensor was working when I removed the flat and replaced it with the spare. The sensor replacement was an additional $90.00 on my bill. Rather than admitting to their mistake, I was simply asked if I wanted to replace the sensor for $90.00 or live with not having it working and have to look at a low tire pressure warning indicator on my dashboard forever. Ultimately, the job was finished satisfactorily, but I do not like dealing with dishonest, cowardly service providers. In the future I will go somewhere else for service.

When tires goes flat, the rolling tire without the air to protect it and the weight of the vehicle, commonly break these sensors. This is the nicest car dealership in the area. No pressure. Kind caring sales people. Awesome finance people. And everyone has the best customer service skills I’ve experienced in a very long time I will come back should I again need to purchase a vehicle. Thank you everyone!!!

Dave Mendon was a great help in repairing my vehicle. He followed up with me while continuously checking in on the part at the manufacturer until it was delivered. Highly recommend!
