Their service sucks I don't recommend

Feb 23, 2024Hi Mr. Lennon, We've received your Google review, but can't see that you've ever been in any of our locations for work yourself. I'm assuming you are the Dan I met when you came in with your friend to talk about her mother's vehicle? I'm sincerely sorry that the Service Contract she purchased elsewhere was denied because of not covering pre-existing conditions. I feel we went above and beyond to contact that company, provide documentation and records they requested, make additional phone calls to them and others to try to see what coverages may be available. It's unfortunate her vehicle is 9 years old and the manufacturer couldn't offer assistance either. Thank you for being a caring friend! Sorry we couldn't financially find a way to help them with their repair.
We were told that our car would be done around noon and we waited and we never received a call, around 2:30 we called and it was done b it never got a phone call.

Well, I had an appointment, I was greeted right away, got all my info, and the issues I thought I had with my truck. Didn't take long to diagnose the issues and they were able to fix it that day. They gave me a ride home and called latter when my tuck was ready for pickup. Parts cost was fair, Labor I feel was a bit high, oil change was in line with other places. The $30 Misc. charge I do question "for shop supplies used in connection with the repair" going to have to remember that one and make sure I charge anyone who's computer I fix that works for a dealership / auto shop as I use supplies as well. Wonder how much I have shorted myself over the years. I think the labor covered any supplies used to be honest. All in all I would take my truck to Parsons again, at least I know it's being done right and if not I am sure they back their work.

Our shop supply charges (which is what your miscellaneous $30 charge was) is for items we use in our shop that do not have a billable part number (i.e. cleaners, lubricants, etc). We're grateful that you found our maintenance prices competitive and you appreciate the value in having factory trained technicians, that will fix your vehicle right the first time, repair your vehicle. We do proudly stand behind our work as well, as you noted. We sincerely are grateful that you entrusted us to do your repairs and you took the time to fill out this survey. I was in the process of trying to buy a car, I informed Kathryn I was in the process of rebuilding my credit, when a deal could not be reached, parsons put my name out into cyber space and now I can't stop the creditors who seek out the desperate from blowing up my phone, I think this was a bad decision on their part. The answer was yes or no,I never gave them permission to put my name out there in their desperate attempt to sell a car. Bad practice.
