Thanks to the service dept for fitting our suddenly non-functioning minivan into their already busy repair schedule. And thanks to the mechanic for the effective repair that allowed the engine to again operate smoothly and be driven back to our home.
The actual service was fine. What I have a problem with is the check list results highlighted a leaking power steering line needed to be replaced ($300+) and that it was declined. I did not receive a call and I double checked voicemail and that was negative. The technician was not truthful indicating it was declined. That has a significant impact on trust and you will loose business if you aren’t trusted!
They did a superb job, takes a lot to impress me when it comes.to maintaining vehicles, and the hayward location nailed it. Pleased with alignment, and the fact that they bent over backwards to come and get my vehicle, and returned when finished.
Service was excellent. Everyone was very courteous, including all the sales staff who passed by. The work I needed was completed expeditiously and they keep you informed of progress both in person and by a website and application. Most interesting to me, they are pet friendly, so my dog was able to wait inside with me.
Service was amazing! They got my car in the shop right away and repairs were done in a timely fashion! Service advisors and techs were all very friendly.
