I was stranded at work with a broken axle. Called other tow services and they told me 2 1/2 hours to get to me. Brew City Towing was there within 30 minutes. Kody went above and beyond. He even made sure I got a loaner car from the dealership before he left. Thank you for everything!!

We got stranded when our rental car broke down on an off ramp. The truck driver arrived quickly and was very patient and courteous while we juggled a toddler, our things, and call back and forth to the rental company and our Uber driver.

I was there picking up a vehicle that was towed there & they were so nice, which surprised me because every past experience I've had with a towing company has been just HORRIBLE & it starts with their bad attitudes. But at Brew City they were very polite, courteous, professional & fast. They made me forget that I was mad about my car being towed lol. Good job guys. That's how you run a business!!

This company towed my sons keep and he held his car for 3 to 4 days so he could run the bill up to over $400. He wouldn’t let my sons insurance company come and pick his vehicle up the next day, the company claimed he was closed and he didn’t care if over charged him EXTRA MONEY 💰! Poor Business Service!!! I would NIT RECOMMEND BREW TOWING SERVICE.

Had Erik from Brew City Towing haul a 32" x 9' walnut log for me, he was very courteous, prompt, Professional and very reasonably priced. Can't thank him enough! I didn’t have an appointment but the air conditioner in my truck all the sudden started stinking like musty rotten food when I had the blower going. I called Erik because I was driving by in the area and he said to stop by and he’d look at it. He took things apart, ordered a part, looked up on haw to fix the smell, and hung out for an hour to get the part put in and do the cleaning. It took an hour out of his busy day, but Erik didn’t mind. He remembered me from a few weeks ago when I brought it to the shop for new brakes. It was my first time there because I usually serviced it at the dealer. I had just gotten an oil change at the dealer ship and they told me I needed new rear brakes. Brew City Auto was $150 cheaper than the dealership to replace the brakes. While Erik’s technician was replacing the brakes they noticed that one of the rear shocks was completely blown out. I had no idea how that could be because the day before I had the vehicle serviced here I had gotten the oil change. We had no idea how some thing like that quickly list. We were leaving on a trip to go camping the following day so thankfully Eric found what was in need of repair and fixed it before we towed a 9000 pound camper 150 miles away. If you’d like quality honest service I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to Brew City Auto and ask for Erik.

I stayed at aHoliday Inn Express in Milwaukee Wi . Went to Las vegas for 4 days came back and my car had been moved in the parking lot and I still had my keys. Damage was done by brew city. I had to pay a $500 deductible as well as a rental car for 29 days. (833.00). Keep up the good work. NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
