Staff is very friendly as usual! They were able to run diagnostics on my pickup and identify and repair so the engine runs great now. I especially like how they send out the inspection results so I can see multiple levels of issues that will be needing repair. And they are honest too!

Excellent customer service -put together a detailed list of what was needed as well as photos of potential upcoming concerns. Very fair upfront pricing, didn’t try to overcharge or add anything that wasn’t needed

I was traveling from out of state pulling a travel trailer and my Ram truck was throwing codes about the ABS system. The local Ram dealer was worthless so a local recommended RMF. I called and they said come by and we’ll at least be able to do a diagnostic. I didn’t expect them to drop everything and do repairs right away but they did the diagnostic for me. No charge. How refreshing from the stone deaf response I got from the local Ram dealer. I wasn’t able to drop the truck off for repair because I had to keep going but RMF (and Jamie) were great. If I’m in the area again I will definitely use them for servicing my vehicles. Great customer service.
