I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we experience with Smith's! And they're as honest as the day is long! They took care of my deer collision and it came out beautifully! They took care of hail damage on a one year old vehicle, again absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend these fine folks and their fabulous business!!!! Vic D.

I brought a vehicle there for brake work. I was told I the vehicle would be ready Friday. When I got there the shop was closed. I was there at 3:30 and they were supposed to be open until 4:30. I was given a quote and told new pads and rotor were needed on one side. The price for the brake work was what they quoted but no pads and rotor were put on. When I got ahold of them Tuesday to find out what was going on with my car they said it needed a new battery and it wouldn't take much labor to put it in. They charged me 51.00 labor. When I went to pay the bill is when they told me about the 3% charge for using a credit card. Not ahead of time. When leaving the brakes felt terribly spongy. I will have to bring it to another shop to have it looked at since I don't trust them. Better not get any work done without a written quote.
