Got an emmisons test done. Even though the line was long I didn't have to wait very long. The woman who helped me was very nice and cordial.

The service dept did a great job. My Jeep was leaking coolant and they found the problem and fixed it very quickly. Very friendly and great communication throughout the whole job. Highly recommend!

2 days before I had a major appointment 250 miles away my truck had a service alarm. I went to Sheboygan Chrysler, drove into the service area and they started troubleshooting right away. I didn’t have an appointment. They tracked down the parts they needed at another dealer and had me going in the shortest time possible. They were truly concerned about my situation and did everything they could to get me going again. During the repair I was called twice to let me know the status. To all at this dealership, thank you for your empathy and professionalism, you will have my business for a long time.
