The staff are very helpful with what my vehicle needs and they get it done in timely matter. I also had the best service advisor to guide me as well.

Had the oil & filter changed & tires rotated. The Service Advisor Joe was very nice & helpful. The car is somewhat a specialty one & a couple things require a little extra TLC. He understood exactly as did the Technician! They took very good care of the car! There was a small computer glitch in the car afterwards, & the Technician came out & went through several things & got it all taken care of. They both were very good & helpful. I’ll look for Joe again when my next oil change is due! Thank you again both of you for your help! It was very sincerely appreciated!

Very unhappy. I came in for tire pressure light and start stop light. After 4 hours and $156 I was told the start stop light was because of the battery and my warranty doesn’t cover batteries. Told them I could not afford this at this time. Left and noticed nothing was done to tires. A male friend of mine took my car to an air pump and filled my tires. Took the car to auto zone They checked the car and I do not need a new battery ) this took 2 minutes for her to check) and it is my sensor which should be covered by warranty.

Bubbled paint on my 2017 Jeep! Apparently a metal quality issue. However not necessarily under warranty. Joe and the staff were so accommodating and did everything to make things right!! Took a while but so worth the wait. My Jeep looks like it came off the showroom floor. And the way I was treated? Nothing less than incredible. My hats off to all, including the body shop group, but especially to Joe Marman. Look up “courteous “ in the dictionary, you see a picture of Joe!!
