parts that were removed and re-installed did not fit after the repair when they fit fine before. Also the fog lamps did not work after the repair, when I called the shop Manager Mark told me the bulbs must be burnt out and that's not covered. Why would a vehicle be returned to the customer without it working properly? when we called for updates, we were given excuses instead of reasons. when I questioned the poor repairs I also was given the excuse that "it must've been that way because there's a scratch and ding right here" I consider this to be male bovine excrement! the manager needs to improve his level of customer satisfaction and the shop needs to work on repair quality.

So we needed an estimate but they gave a run around and then said we "mostly" deal with insurance. We had full cash to pay for everything up front. either you do or don't deal with people who pay.

I went in needing help with my bumper (as it was falling of due to me hitting curbs every so often). Mark recommended that I go to a certified Ford dealership to get the part to fix it but eventually offered to fix it. Great customer service from both James and Mark. Would 100% go to Caliber Collision again.
