You should consider having better hours. Its ridiculous only having the lunch hour to get this done since you have DMV hours (7:30am thru 4:30 pm), and not being able to get this done because the line is full of retirees a mile long. It would be more helpful to have the same hours as the quick lube and be able to get this done on a Saturday.

Got to testing station at 5pm and was told they close at 4:30pm , need to change their hours online

Emissions tests are useless anyway but sitting in line for over an hour and a half makes it even more frustrating. Only one station open instead of two on a busy Monday. People trying to get a oil change were confused by the line, cones could be set up better!

We have made some adjustments and were still figuring out the lanes and such. We are looking forward to spring when we can paint lanes on the parking lot to assist customers. Waited iver 30 minutes for an emissions test
