Mike and NexGen were fantastic! I have a higher mileage truck and I wasn't sure if it was worth fixing or spending my money on a newer vehicle. Mike took the time to help educate me and help me make the best decision I could. I really felt like he was looking out for me, not for his bottom line. Finding a mechanic and shop I can trust has is always my first priority and I think I have found that here. I will definitely be a repeat customer

Experience was wonderful to say the least. Mike broke down all the issues wrong with my vehicle. Told me what is a priority and why. Drew pictures and took pictures as he explained the why's in mechanics world. You don't find people/mechanics like that. NexGen people still prioritize the need of the safety and family over making the next buck. It use to be like that and it is wonderful to know and work with a business that hasn't forgotten where they came from and their beginnings. Thank you NexGen.

Everyone was very kind, Mike was very thorough in explaining everything to me, from what’s wrong with my car to options to fix it and what the fix will consist of! I highly recommend NexGen!

NexGen did a wonderful job canvassing my car for problems, current and future. They took care of the issues in a timely manner and were extremely communicative when things came up. I perceive they are honest guys doing their work well.
