Got into an accident and did a significant amount of damage to the front end of my 2023 Kia K5. Village Auto Body was recommended to me by the guy that towed my car from the accident, and I can definitely see see why. Kirk and his son Jr do EXCELLENT work! And they stand by their work 110%. They are straight shooters and let you know what needs to be done. No more no less.They took EXCEPTIONAL care of me and my vehicle. They even detailed my car when they were done! I can’t say enough about these guys. I will recommend Village Auto body to everyone I know, and if you get work done there, I guarantee you’ll do the same. Thank you Kirk and Jr! I appreciate the good work.

Owner discriminates against veterans

If you or a loved one is a VETRAN 🇺🇸 please read this and SHARE. Im honestly 😡 FUMING right now. I would like to tell you about my experience with Village Auto Body in Loves Park. I need a dent fixed on my motorcycle because it got knocked over last year, and I’m ready for it to be shiny and nice for this years riding season. I called Village Auto Body and talked to the OWNER. He was very rude but said he could fix it and honestly that should have been my first red flag, but I figured he was probably just busy or having a bad day. We all do. Had my husband bring my tank in the following Monday, and my father in law casually asked if they had any specials for Veterans. Now, plenty of places don’t and that’s fine. Usually you ask politely and if it’s “no” then no big deal. This man. The OWNER started on a rant about how he doesn’t do DISCOUNTS BUT THAT HE CHARGES MORE “BECAUSE OF ALL THE DISABLED ONES I HAVE TO PAY FOR OUT THERE”. THOSE WERE HIS EXACT WORDS. I walked right in there and took my tank back. I don’t care if it takes months longer or comes out the wrong color somewhere else. Saying that is unacceptable. Talking trash about the men and women who serve this country and fight for your ability to be a full blown idiot is not ok. Also when I went in there I asked him to repeat what he said about Veterans and he did in fact PROUDLY repeat exactly word for words what I quoted above. Im honestly disgusted. His son was also standingg there laughing as he said it and noddingg his head. I know this man and his son also probably have friends and maybe even family that served. I hope it gets back to them that this is how he really feels.

My father in law was a veteran and has been going to village auto body for years and has always treated with respect and received great service.

I am a DISABLED VETERAN and Kirk and his son Jr worked on my Buick. They did amazing work and you would never tell I had anything done on it. Will take all my cars here as this was the easiest process I have ever had. They dealt with my insurance and got everything taken care of for me. They even detailed my car and had it looking AMAZING! They really went above and beyond and gave me the utmost respect. Highly recommend.

I dropped off my car to get a small dent in the door fixed. Repair was finished on time and to my complete satisfaction. Couldn't ask for more if I wanted to.
