Rather incredibly disappointed to have been charged an additional $14.59 "Environmental Shop Supplies Charge" added on top of an already excessive $133.88 charge to have them hook up a scanner tool to reprogram my car's key FOB & respective WIN node controlled by the key. . . took 'em a whole week just to get around to the vehicle, in the meanwhile, I was greatly inconvenienced by what took a matter of but just mere minutes and NO shop supplies consumed in the process. . . they don't call 'em "Stealerships" without reason!!! Funny thing that. . . although the dealership commented that they would be reaching out to me, such never happened. . . though they might talk the talk, they don't bother to actually walk the walk. . . their actions, or lack thereof, speak volumes as to what honestly IS their commitment to their customers. . . be aware!

My husband and I recently purchased a new vehicle from the Richland Center dealership. We had gone in just to look, not expecting to buy. Brady Clarson was our salesman, and was wonderful. He and the staff made the whole process so pleasant and fun. Great job!!

I had scheduled an appointment to get the factory door code as the card with the code was not in the manual and nobody knew the code when I purchased the car from my mother. The appointment was to recover the factory code and install a code that I requested, which was on the work order. They also worked in a recall that was needed. I greatly appreciated that. After the work was completed, I paid my bill and left. Later that day I tried to unlock the door with my code, and it didn't work. I tried the factory code and it worked. Not happy that my code that I requested and was on the work order didn't work. I'm not sure if I can trust the service department with my vehicle anymore. I might have to go somewhere else now.
