Service department helped me with my headlights. I had hit a deer n had a body shop (not Fillback) replace my headlights but they didn't work right n they couldn't seem to figure it out. The service department figured it out...❤

Was very quick to get the service completed. Had to replace both rear wheel sensors and it only took 55 minutes.

We were not happy with our tires. We had 2 tires put on the front of our car. When we left about 3 miles down the road the light came on to say the tire pressure was low on the front driver side. We carry a tire guage in the car so we pulled over and checked it. It was 27lbs. And the other new tire was at 42 lbs. We turned around and went back to Fillback. The valve core was bad on the driver side tire. Don't they test that before letting a car leave? And why 42lbs? That's way too much. Also why didn't they suggest an alignment? We bought 4 new tires at Fillback in Oct 2020 and they only lasted 2 years. We don't believe that the alignment that was done at that time was done right. Seems like your technicians don't care about their work so we will not be coming back to Fillback. We've come there over 6 years but not any more.

The service was absolutely fabulous. I called early in the morning and they were able to get me in for an oil change that afternoon. The service men were very polite and the waiting room excellent. They even found a mouse nest under my hood and removed it for me. All in all excellent service. I will definitely recommend this to all my friends and family.

Had a very bad experience at your Richland Center location. Brought the car in because the heated steering wheel was not working. Told them to see if they could fix it and that the vehicle had a full wrap extended warranty with it. Told them not to do anything if the extended warranty did not cover it up to the $100 deductible. They charged me $172 to just look at it only to find out the full wrap extended warranty did not cover it. This included some extra shop fees and environmental fees of some sort which were not even explained. It would have been over $1000 to fix a melted and broken wire. I am planning on selling the car or trading it in, so did not want to put a lot of money in it. What good is a full wrap extended warranty that is supposed to cover everything, which what was explained to us, does not cover everything. I will for sure never buy an extended warranty again from Chrysler. And I will not be buying or servicing a vehicle with Fillback again since your only intention is to rip people off. I am in the market for a new van, but guess you guys lost out on that one. I will be sure to tell all my friends and neighbors what a horrible experience I had with your place.

On our way to be induced into labor (schedule, thank God she wasn't in labor yet), we had a brake lock up from using a parking brake that we never use. Stopped for gas, and the brake was smoking. Fillback was across the street, so I limped it over there. They had no open appts and were short-handed that day. Explained the situation, and they put a mechanic on it right away. Had us out in a little over an hour after taking the brake caliper off and resetting it, so we could be on our way. Exception service, and only charged an hour labor; very reasonable, considering we stopped in unannounced.

Installed tonneau cover for me. Got me right in. Didn’t have too long to wait. Lounge was clean and bright with coffee and vending choices. Always have a great experience here at Fillback Richland Center!!
