Best Mechanic shop around
Recently had some repairs done on my car here, Ted was great to deal with, price was very fair, and the work was done quick. Great local shop, strongly recommend!
Community friendly shop and always making time for church and so much more than just a shop but as far as quality 3d auto it spot on ... Fixed right the first time
3D auto will treat you fair 100% of the time. Even talked me out of some repairs I thought I wanted to do simply because the vehicle wasn't ready for those things to be fixed. I cannot recommend enough. Great to have this local, veteran owned and operated service shop right in Waupaca.
I went here for the first time a couple of years ago when I had engine trouble on a road trip. I was in a real bind (of course it was on a Friday on a holiday weekend) and I didn't have many options for getting home. My sister had remembered a Facebook posting raving how good this place was, so I read more reviews and took a chance. I am so glad I did! All the great reviews are worth it. Ted took pity on us (probably more on my cute dog) and squeezed us in even though he was already super busy. I've been here a couple more times since and have been very pleased with his work. I recently had issues with my starter. There was a problem with the part and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. There's a reason he has a good reputation. He has been professional and treated me with respect (not talked down to me or acted like I was an idiot), which as a middle-aged woman I don't always get with mechanics. He has become my go-to guy and I don't want to take my old, high mileage car (or butt) anywhere else.
