Love going to Bill's! The guys there are knowledgeable and helpful! They do great work, are attentive to other issues that may be safety concerns! Thank you guys for helping keep us on the road and moving!
Have been taking my vehicles to Bill's Auto almost exclusively for more than 10 years, work is done on time for comparable costs to other repair shops in the area. I say almost exclusively because there are times they have had a booked schedule or I was out of town when I needed a repair. Would and do recommend them to anyone.
COMPLETE SCAM!! Absolutely the worst place you could bring car!! DONT DO IT!! Boyfriend’s lower control arm broke, and had it towed to Bills auto. Not only were they being disrespectful but they charged us almost $800 for ONE to be replaced. Mind you I know someone who had just recently had to get all 4 replaced for $500. When we went to pick up the car we were looking it over and noticed that they had must’ve snapped the side skirts and thought it would be best to just file it down to make it “less noticeable”. We mentioned everything we had noticed and the guy that was at the desk did not care whatsoever was just being cocky the whole time. We asked to see the receipt of the part from wherever he had ordered it from, and he proceeds to pull up the receipt that he had typed out and told us “ you guys can go look it up and figure it out”. When we got the keys, and went outside. The first thing my boyfriend noticed when we pulled out was that his wheel was crooked, and when he has it straight (where it should be) we started veering to the right. Now we just are taking it out on a test drive since we weren’t able to before and it is clunking over ever bump like you wouldn’t believe and also now we have a ESP BAS light and a no traction control light that won’t turn off. So if you don’t want to leave this place with more problems than you went in with, I suggest you look into other options..
Over the phone, scheduled a ford PTU oil change. This is an awd transfer case without a drain plug. You are required to suck the fluid out of the fill port(1.5qt), and then add fluid back in. 30 mins after he had my car in the shop, walks out and asks me if we were "talking about the same thing" and then explains, "that oil can't be drained" to which I wasn't going to argue with him. I will happily take it to another shop. On top of the garage smelling like a stale Marlboro
Never again... lost my faith and trust I once had.
I have an appointment on Tue for a replacement strut
We got a flat in town and were in a bind. The very nice gentleman stopped what he was working on to help us out. Took him no time at all and we were on our way! So thankful to be rescued!
Great service.
Excellent service. Bill is very reasonable
