Rick was very helpful. Explained the problem with my car in detail. And the options I have to fix it. I have been going there for about 5 years. And now that it is under new ownership it seems to run a little bit better. I would And have recommended this shop to other people.
Great staff, friendly and fast...
I would give a zero if i could. I went for a radiator and heater core flush. I came at 10 am. All that was wrong was i didnt have heat. They said it was plugged after flush. Then they said thermostat was stuck. Then they said i need a radiator. $512 later, i get my truck at 5pm, closing. They knew my truck wasnt running right. I get in and my idling was so rough it shook the truck. On the way home, it revved up, and down, and check engine light come on. They knew this when they gave me my truck. They couldnt even read the coder machine. Want me to bring it back a week later. Im so upset. Then its a sensor, or misfire, but i changed all plugs, wires, coil, but for some reason, they couldnt read the coder. I need my truck. Its all i have. Not sure their gonna make it right, or try to charge me another fortune. No Christmas for me this year. Thanks, guys. Dont go here!!!

Doesnt warrantee their work Brought a tire to them to repair a stem leak and paid for the service. Had to bring the same tire for repair due to faulty work (their mechanics statement). Business charged me again 3X the cost of the original repair stating I was originally undercharged.
My snowmobile trailer broke down in St. Croix Falls about 1/2 mile from St. Croix Tire & Auto at the end of March. Rick borrowed me a tire jack and tools to get my spare tire on. Rick than repaired my hub, put a new rim/tire on trailer and coordinated welding of my cracked frame. His service was excellent and greatly appreciated. I'd recommend Rick and his staff for all your vehicle and trailer needs. Thanks again. Kevin
