Absolutely the best service EVER!!!!! Rick will do whatever it takes to getting any job done. If you go anywhere else, you’re making a huge mistake.
Great service until I receive the bill I support local businesses as much as I can and when I can When st croix tire tells me the truck is ready and 1,432.00 to do brakes on back I second guess support I did my research Went through the bill The they changed two rotors in back charged me 471 dollars for two them I called Is o'reilly's Asked what they charged for them they told me eighty nine dollars a piece Now I understand there always a little up charge but that extreme The pads From o'reilly we're forty five dollars saint croix tire charge me a hundred and fifty Again little extreme The calipers were eighty seven dollars a piece and he charged me a hundred and seventy three dollars and a hundred and forty 5 4 the other now Keep in mind these prices are retail for what you and I pay not. What saint crroix tire pays from o'reilly No I did discuss with Rick that would not pay 1432 for work he proceeded with to drop it down to 1232 I said no way I ended up paying 1,116 for but still got ripped off Now when I add up the Cost of parts it comes to 425.00 now is labor 300 plus 40 for inspection Now with all that that total comes to 765.00 now you add taxes and I can see little up charge so will all that I say it should be around 850.00 That's 266 dollars difference yet so please watch your bill when you go to st croix tire and auto
They do a great job. Honest and reasonable
I brought my vehicle in for a wheel bearing replacement. The next day after the bearing replacement I heard a scraping sound coming from the wheel they "repaired". I took a look, and that's when I noticed they also cut a chunk out of the brake plate. I went back to the shop and told them of my issues and they said they had to cut the brake plate to get to some bolts, and they said they didn't tell me because if they cut a part of a vehicle off and it's not a big deal, they don't tell the customer. I requested for them to repair the brake plate that they ruined and they said they could charge me to replace it; and as far as the scraping sound in the wheel, they didn't even look at it but just said the sound should go away. They were unwilling to reason with me and do the right thing by fixing the brake plate they ruined and inspecting the bearing they replaced, so I left and went to a different shop and had them do the repairs correctly, which ended up costing me double. Since they didn't do the repair job correctly, weren't honest about cutting a chunk off my brake plate, and were vaping in my vehicle, I will not be returning to this shop, and I do not recommend them.
Good service, but kind of slow checking in and out.
They did a great job detecting my issues. The prices very fair. Friendly service. I have recommended them to friends who were also satisfied.
I brought my car in about a month ago for an inspection, they told me that my front right wheel bearing was starting to go out and the humming that I’m experiencing is from my low tred tires. I ordered new tires that day, last Tuesday I had the tires put on. When I go to pick up my car the first thing I noticed was my steering wheel turned towards the right and sure enough my wheel continued to pull hard to the right. I also experienced a ton a shaking which was new. I called and made an appointment to get it aligned and rebalanced. I wasn’t charged because it was their error. I go to pick my car up the second time and i was still experiencing shaking and pulling to the right. I make another appointment, brought it in and it was a 10 minutes of them “fixing it”, after this time I still experienced shaking and pulling. At this point, im pretty frustrated so I took it elsewhere and the new place within minutes of inspection, they noticed my tires and weren’t balanced correctly, and both of my back wheel bearings are completely shot, my control arms are bad, so it’s impossible to get my car successfully aligned, along with the rotors, and break pads. My front wheel bearing turns out to be just fine. My frustration comes from they’re lack of communication, and attention to detail. They never told me about my control arms, bearings, rotors, and breaks. They led me to believe my car was better off than it actually was, so here I am driving my car not knowing what all is wrong with it, when in reality the damages equate out to be $1,200. Which of course is not getting done by this company. If it takes 3 times to get my tires balanced, they’re clearly not doing something right and not inspecting vehicles throughly.
Replaced 4 headlight bulbs on my envoy, charged me double what two offer repair shops in area would have charged. Do your shopping and get prices before you decide on this company, my mistake, learn from my experience.
