I needed to be towed from the bottom of my sisters driveway to the top of the driveway (about 1 mile) and due to snow and hilly driveway my car wouldn't make it. They charged us $350.00 just for that which is absolutely insane. Thankfully the tow truck driver (Jon) was EXTREMELY great and just solely based on HIM- I wish that RIDICULOUS amount of money went DIRECTLY ALL to Jon. I would NEVER use this company again due to their insane prices, but would use them again SOLELY due to Jon's professionalism!

I had an accident on Christmas Eve 2022 on my way to my sisters house. The individual was from another country and had another countries insurance. I only had liability and the event was an absolute nightmare. I spent roughly a month fighting with foreign insurance trying to figure out how this situation would be handled, as my vehicle was stuck in Jerry's lot for over a month accruing fees. I was essentially told by the insurance there was nothing they could do because the rules applied differently in their country than it did here. I felt hopeless and absolutely defeated. I worked with Andy in the Roberts office, and without his help, I don't believe I would have been able to handle this situation alone. Despite my best efforts sticking to the insurance companies. Jerry's (and I in return) was patient, polite, and constantly engaged with working with me and finding a resolution. It's been just over a month now, and we've reached a suitable resolution, that's relieved a tremendous amount of stress. Thanks to Jerry's professionalism and willingness to work with me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I am truly impressed by their knowledge and behavior. If you have to use any automotive services in the area, use Jerry's. They're worth it.

Literally broke down on the west bound ramp of I-94, exit 10,Roberts Wisconsin. I called Jerry's and the guy said, "Oh I see you out my window!" As it turned out their shop/office was across the interstate! I told them they needed to come quick because it was cold and the truck shutdown. Within maybe 15 minutes the tow truck arrived and hooked up my truck and trailer. The driver was VERY nice and professional. A++ Thank you Jerry's for saving my butt in warp speed!

Our car wouldn’t start and had an odd error message. I called the dealer and they said to have it towed to them. Jerry’s towing sent someone right away. The gentleman they sent was so friendly and kind. He suggested we try jump starting it first. That worked and he talked to my husband about the car, battery, etc. I would 100% recommend them.
