I called in with car troubles and they were able to get me in same day. Service was excellent, and they have a very friendly environment. They gave me updates on what they were doing while working on my vehicle, and explained everything really well. If I run into anymore issues I 150% will be back.

I've had this car for over seven years, and Specialty Auto, Inc. is the only shop I've taken it to. I live in Chicago and won't hesitate to make the drive for service to my car and my wife's car. The quality of work, fair prices, and honesty of the mechanics are absolutely unbeatable!

Very grateful to be able to text questions to Kate. It made the entire process less stressful. Any questions I had were clearly answered. And from my limited experience, Queer friendly!

One of my headlights went out, and the folks at Specialty Auto were kind enough to get my car in that week to replace the bulbs. So happy with their work and help!

They got me in the next day and while they couldn't fix my vehicle there for what I needed done, they gave me a good diagnosis and charged me a fair price for it, definitely coming back here for anything else!

I was having a safety concern with the suspension on my vehicle. Dwight performed an inspection on my vehicle the same day and helped me resolve the issue.
