They were great to work with. Made it a stress free experience.
My husband needed an auto body shop to repair his car that partnered with his insurance. He called a few of the places on the list before calling Marklein and the customer service from these other establishments was subpar. He felt as though he was bothering them by trying to get an appointment. He then called Marklein and they were AMAZING. Quick to get him an appointment to drop his car off, communicative, transparent, personable and more. They fixed the front end damage on his car and it looks amazing. We were surprised to see they detailed the inside too! No dirt. No winter salt stains on the mats. No dog hair! It's spotless. The customer service was 10/10. If you need an auto body shop, don't waste your time calling around. Marklein is the way to go. Thank you!!
