SLOW. Took 8 hours to have tires installed. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, on the next visit they didn’t tighten the lug nuts on my wife’s car. AVOID-

Chad, we have never seen your vehicles let alone put tires on either you or your wife's car. You have the wrong Specialty Auto.

I have been a customer of Specialty Auto with many of my cars and can only say great things about their service and honesty in dealing with me. At one point I had an issue the dealership wanted to charge me over $600 and when I took it to Specialty Auto, Dwight directed me to someone who had the exact equipment to do the job and they only charged me $200. I have had unique situations with my current car that Kyle has dealt with and made my car drivable and safe. Their pricing is always fair and they really care about helping you out. Great advice, service, and maintenance.

They do excellent work I would recommend them to you if you have a import that needs fixing. Have a 2008 Mercedes-Benz s550 4matic and they did a really good job on it. I will continue taking my vehicle there.

Actually it is my husband who brings the cars in. This week he had to bring both in for scheduled maintenance. He comes home happy even with going two days in a row.. We have a conversion van and the tires wear out quickly because of the added weight of the ramp and the mechanism to lower the van. He turned the problem over to them to find truck tires that fit the van. That will solve our wear problem. It is appreciated to have them willing to solve our unusual problem.

They fit me in on a Monday to replace a burned out headlamp and took the time to also add air to low tires, advise on recall notice I had received. Always friendly. Cheaper & closer than the dealer.
