Best described as a group of scammers that can’t treat a customer right. Got a flyer in the mail from them for a promotion that had a lottery-style scratch off, it showed that I won $10,000 towards the purchase of a car. I took a half day off work to go talk to them and within 2 minutes of walking in had the ticket literally ripped out of my hand and torn up, then was told, and I quote, “that’s just something we do to get you in the door” and spent the next few minutes getting talked down to about “setting my expectations.” The unwarranted Rant from the sales person included several gems such as “we might not have a color you want, there’s not a used car factory” and “sometimes you just have to take one with high mileage, and figure the rest out later.” Needless to say I won’t be back.
